Class 5 of 200 BJJ classes
Weight 169 lbs.
My shoulder is bothering me quite a bit after judo on Tuesday but I trained no-gi at Cassio's today.
Derek showed some butterfly sweeps including the body lock sweep. My shoulder was toast after rolling with Jaime the first round.
I hit up a green smoothie(kale, carrot, apple, wheatgrass) and the energy was good today.
I am going to take a mortin 800 and try to get the swelling in my shoulder down so I can train tomorrow.

Class 4 of 200 in BJJ
Class 1 of 100 in Judo
I trained back to back yesterday and I am suffering from the after effects today.
Some good news is that I weighed in at 169 this morning down 6 pounds in the past two weeks. I simply cut out all processed foods(no animal products) and started making green smoothies every morning. I can feel the difference in my energy and cardo.
One my New Year's Resolutions is to start blogging more(at least about BJJ). The other was to attend at least 200 BJJ classes during the year.
So far I am at class #197.
I promise to post more stuff this year as as I make a serious push for the Pan Ams and Mundials.
