Living the BJJ life style

The purpose of this blog is to chronicle not only my progress in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but to allow me to document the techniques I learn in class so I won't forget them.

After years of watching the fighters in Pride and UFC I finally decided at age 33 to look at BJJ.

I started BJJ training at Werneck's World Class Jui Jitsu




with 2003 World Champion Cassio Werneck.
