Living the BJJ life style

Well I'm back from a week's vacation in the Sausalito with my wife(and girlfriend).

I returned in time to attend my first promotion ceremony. Lots of good BJJ guys got their due in getting promoted.

The surprise of the day was "Brown Belt" Richard getting promoted to Black belt. Big props to Richard on a huge achievement.

With my batteries recharged I plan on training at least 4 times a week until the holidays. My guard game is coming along slow but it's coming along.

I promise to be more diligent in my blogging.
